All payments are processed securely. Session fees are due at the time of booking. We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or for completed sessions. Digital products (PDFs, course materials) are non-refundable once downloaded.
