What is Puja?

The Sacred Technology of Connection

Puja is not merely religious ceremony — it is a technology for aligning the human system with the cosmic order. Every element of a puja is precisely chosen: the specific flowers, the timing, the mantra, the direction faced, the offerings made.

In the Vedic tradition, the universe is not separate from the divine — it is the divine in different forms. Puja is the practice of recognizing this everywhere, and making explicit offerings as an act of gratitude and invitation.
