(5) Communications — messages sent through our contact form or WhatsApp.

We use your information to: provide and manage your bookings and orders; deliver the services you requested; send confirmation emails and session reminders; respond to your questions and support requests; improve our website and service quality; send occasional newsletters (only with your consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time); and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: (1) Payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions securely. (2) Email service providers (Resend) to send transactional emails. (3) Hosting providers (Netlify) for website infrastructure. These partners are bound by strict data protection agreements.
